Terms of Service.

1. The service

Verdict (the "Service") is an AI-powered candidate-evaluation tool operated by Infinure ("we", "us"). The Service runs a structured analysis of candidate CVs against a job description, in head-to-head (two finalists) or ranking (up to fifty candidates) configurations, and returns an anonymized, evidence-backed verdict. The Service is sold as a software-as-a-service product at verdict.infinure.com.

By creating an account or running an analysis you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Credits and billing

Verdict is sold as prepaid credit packs (no subscription, no recurring charges). A head-to-head comparison consumes 3 credits (a 1-credit fit assessment plus 1 per finalist); a promotion assessment consumes 1 credit; a ranking of N candidates consumes N + 1 credits (a 1-credit fit assessment plus 1 per candidate). The exact cost of each run is shown before you confirm it.

• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never store your card number on our servers.
• New accounts receive complimentary trial credits (the current amount is shown at signup and on the pricing page) and up to 5 free demo analyses (single-CV).
• Prices are listed in USD and shown on the pricing page.

3. Free credits and promotional offers

From time to time we may offer free credits, trial credits, free demo analyses, referral rewards, or other promotional offers. Any such offer is made at our sole discretion and is subject to the conditions below.

• We may change, suspend, expire, or withdraw any free-credit or promotional offer at any time, including after it has been announced.
• Free and promotional credits are personal to the account they are granted to. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable.
• Promotional and free credits may carry an expiry date or usage conditions, which will be shown when the offer is made. (This is separate from purchased credit packs, which do not expire.)
• We may withhold, reduce, or revoke free credits — and suspend the related account — where we detect abuse, fraud, multiple or fake accounts, or any attempt to circumvent the conditions of an offer. Refunding a purchase also reverses any referral or promotional credits earned from that purchase.
• Free credits and promotional offers are intended for company (business or organizational) accounts. While an offer may initially be made available to both business and personal accounts, we reserve the right to limit free credits and offers to business accounts, and to adjust or withdraw eligibility for personal accounts, at any time.

4. Usage

There is no daily cap on paid usage — your credit balance is the only limit, and the cost of each run is shown before you confirm it. The free demo is limited to a few runs per day to prevent abuse, and free-tier usage may be subject to fair-use limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts showing automated or abusive usage patterns.

5. Refunds

If you bought a credit pack and have not consumed any credits from it, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing contacto@infinure.com from the address on the account. Once any credits from a pack have been consumed the pack is non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit personal data of candidates without a lawful basis (consent or legitimate interest).
• Do not use Verdict to make a final hiring decision in isolation — the Service is a structured input to a human-led process.
• Do not attempt to extract the underlying model prompts, reverse-engineer scoring, or bypass the daily rate-limit.
• Do not use the Service to evaluate candidates based on protected characteristics (gender, race, religion, age, disability, etc).

7. Data processing

When you run an analysis, the candidate CV text and job description are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for inference. Stripe processes your payment data. Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Resend delivers transactional emails. Full details — and the GDPR right-of-access export — are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing contacto@infinure.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (especially section 6), in which case any unused credits become non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verdict is an assistive tool — not a substitute for a competent human interviewer. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Nature of the assessment

Verdict produces decision-support, not a judgment of any person. An assessment analyzes the evidence in the documents you supply (a CV against a job description) to estimate fit for a specific role — it is not a verdict on a candidate's worth or character, and is never intended as a negative or malicious characterization. A result such as "weak fit" or a flagged "gap" describes the match between the supplied evidence and that role at a point in time, nothing more.

Assessments are generated by AI models that can make mistakes and may misread, omit, or misweigh information. Evaluations are evidence-based but directional and probabilistic: re-running the same analysis on the same inputs can yield different results. Outputs are guidance, not definitive verdicts. You agree to treat them as one structured input to a human-led process — reviewed by a person and weighed against other information — and not as the sole basis for any hiring, promotion, or rejection decision (see also section 6).

11. Changes

We may update these terms, and the conditions of any free credits, promotions, or offers, at any time and at our discretion. Material changes will bump the effective date at the top of this page and, when significant, be announced to the email on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes take effect on the stated effective date, and your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
