What's a credit?
1 credit = 1 candidate evaluated against the role on the six-dimension Verdict rubric, with an evidence-cited scorecard and a downloadable PDF. Every run starts with a 1-credit fit assessment, then 1 credit per candidate — so a head-to-head of two candidates is 3 credits (1 fit + 1 per finalist).
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account forever. Buy a pack today, use it next quarter — no take-backs.
How are credits charged?
Every run starts with a 1-credit fit assessment, then 1 credit per candidate evaluated. A head-to-head of two candidates costs 3 credits (1 fit + 1 per finalist); a ranked shortlist of 8 costs 9 (1 fit + 1 per candidate). The exact cost is shown before you run, so there are no surprises.
Is there a daily limit?
No. Your credit balance is the only limit — run as many evaluations as you like. (The free demo, which needs an account, is limited to a few runs per day to prevent abuse.)
Refunds?
Email contacto@infinure.com within 30 days if you haven't used any credits from the pack and we'll issue a full refund.
