Rank a shortlist
Upload up to 50 CVs. Verdict analyzes each one against the same rubric in parallel, then ranks the field on six dimensions — with the evidence behind every score.
The challenge
You have 15 strong CVs for one role. Reading them one by one is time-consuming — and by the tenth CV, it's natural to lose track of the earlier ones' strengths.
Verdict treats the shortlist as a parallel job: every candidate is analyzed against the same six-dimension rubric, by the same lenses, against the same job description. The ranking falls out of the scores — no head-to-head matchups required.
The method
Each CV is treated as an independent unit of work. The same rubric is applied to all of them, in parallel, with names and protected attributes disregarded in the score.
Each candidate is analyzed against the job description on its own — capability, track record, trajectory, influence, domain edge, and risk surface. No pairwise matchups; the score is anchored to the role, not to other candidates.
The Verdict Rubric scores each candidate from 1–5 on six dimensions. Every conclusion cites the line in the CV that supports it. If the citation isn't convincing, the score isn't either.
Same rubric, same lenses, same evidence-grounded format — every candidate gets the same treatment.
Scores aggregate into a weighted total. The leaderboard shows the field ranked, with the top three highlighted, plus the margin of preference between adjacent candidates.
When two candidates are too close to separate confidently, the verdict says so — out loud — and points at the dimensions where the difference is real.

Each candidate shows which phase of the analysis is active (reading, scoring, synthesis) so you always know what is in flight.
